• Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $180 per year is required upon enrollment. This fee secures your child’s enrollment and covers administrative costs.
• School Year Post Dated Cheques: Monthly tuition fees are payable on the first of each month. Postdated cheques should be made payable to “Tanpopo Child Care”. This ensures timely payment for your child’s ongoing care and education.
• Completion of Forms: Several forms must be completed and submitted prior to enrollment:
  
  1. 1. Registration Form: Provides essential contact information and details about your child.
     2. Parent Agreement Form: Outlines the terms and conditions of enrollment, including policies and procedures.
     3. Immunization Form: Documentation of your child’s immunization history, as required by state regulations.

• Medical Consent Card: Authorizes the daycare staff to seek medical treatment for your child in case of emergency.
• Child and Family Photo: Helps our staff identify your child and maintain accurate records.
• Registration Completion and Payment: Registration will not be considered complete, and a space will not be reserved until we receive all required documents and the registration fee. Payment is by cheque only.

Submission of Documents: Completed forms and documents should be submitted to Tanpopo Child Carethe before your child’s start date. Our staff will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork and ensure all requirements are met.
